One of the primary functions of a real estate team or brokerage is to equip that team with marketing tools. These days there are a staggering number of different tools that a broker or team leader can use.
How do you decide what to spend money on? Going to tradeshows is a time sink and mostly complicates the issue. Who can you trust for honest and time tested answers to these questions.
You don’t need mumbo-jumbo. You don’t need someone to tell you what they think you will want to hear. And not someone who is paid to sell you stuff you don’t need. You need a technologist. One who works with many brokerages and who KNOWS what the current best practices are.
